Yes! Any points you haven't used will expire 12 months after they're earned, so be sure to redeem them and enjoy the rewards before then.

You'll earn points on orders placed through your The Glow Shop account that's enrolled in our Loyalty Programme. Orders made as a guest, before joining the programme, or under a different account, unfortunately, won't qualify. Please note that cancelled, refunded, or returned orders are also ineligible for points. Points are calculated on the final purchase amount after all discounts and adjustments.

Once you're logged in, you can easily check your points balance through the widget of Loyalty Programme page in your account.

Simply go to the Rewards tab, where you'll find all the rewards we offer. Once you have enough points, you can easily redeem them for a reward and start enjoying the perks!

Please note that points will only appear in your Loyalty Programme account if the order is placed while you're logged in to your The Glow Shop account. Orders placed as a guest or under a different account will not earn or reflect points. Also, sometimes it may take a few minutes for our system to process your activity and update your points, so don't worry if they don't appear immediately.

Approved: These points are ready to use and can be redeemed for rewards immediately. Pending: These points are awaiting verification before they can be used. This usually applies to purchases and referrals. Once verified, the points will either be updated to Approved or Cancelled, depending on the situation. Cancelled: These points won't be added to your account. For example, if you cancel a purchase, any associated points will move from Pending to Cancelled.
