At The Glow Shop, we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders are typically dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours from the time they’re placed.
Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (British Time), excluding weekends and UK bank holidays.
If your order is placed on a Friday, weekend, or public holiday, it will be processed and collected on the next working day.
During busy periods, such as sales or holidays, dispatch times may be slightly longer due to higher order volumes. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we carefully prepare your order. It’s worth the wait for that glow! ✨
